Member Notice | Booking Sheet Changes

Following a second round of feedback received while using the Standard booking (non-lottery) system, the following changes will apply to booking sheets from Friday 24 July 2026 in time for the August Monthly Medal.

From Friday 24 July 2026, the Lottery booking system will be used for:

• All Mens events on Wednesdays and Saturdays
• Open Medley Events on Sundays and Public Holidays
• Special Events as noted

From Friday 24 July 2026, Standard booking (non-lottery) system will be used for:

• Monday Open Medley Events
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday public and/or social play days
• Special Events as noted

Please note that most booking sheet open at 6:00PM 8 days prior to the event occurring, unless otherwise noted.
