Changes to June Monthly Medal Booking Sheets

Following feedback from members, the Club Captain and Board of Directors are seeking a better booking experience for both morning and afternoon players.

For the upcoming June Monthly Medal on Saturday 6 June 2026, there will be two (2) booking sheets – one for AM (Morning 7:00 am to 8:30 am) and the other for PM (11:00 am to 12:30 pm) as illustrated below:

There is no change to the lottery process, so players will need to log on from 5-30 minutes before the bookings sheet opens at 6:00 pm on Friday night. However you will need to choose AM or PM. Any member found to have booked in both AM and PM bookings sheets will have their bookings CANCELLED and they will need to start the booking process again.

The following day, Club operations will merge the 2 bookings sheets together to make a single booking sheet until the event occurs.

Please note this is a trial only for the Saturday 6-Jun-2026 competition.
